Ramen Girl is a story about an American girl, her name is Abby. she wants to go to Japan to meet her boyfriend, Ethan. Unluckily Ethan got a new client and he has to move to Osaka. abby wants to follow Ethan to Osaka, but he can't. Abby was so sad, because she was not allowed to go to Osaka with her boyfriend. An American woman is stranded in Tokyo after breaking up with her boyfriend. Searching for direction in life, she trains to be a râmen chef under a tyrannical Japanese master.
One rainy night when she stay in her house, she looked a ramen shop accross her house. she wants to come into that shop, after that she share her problem to shop keepers, but they dont understand what does Abby talks about, because they don't understand the English language. they just give Abby a bowl of ramen and Abby eat it. she taste the ramen and it is so delicious, she curious to eat it again. she interested to learn how to make ramen and she asks ramen's chef to teach her how to make it. but he still not allowing abby learn, she only ask to clean the kitchen, clean the toilet, and wash dishes. Of course, Maezumi has no interest in putting up with a ditzy foreign blonde who is prone to epic crying jags, but his wife has sympathy, and soon Abby is scrubbing pots and soaking up the atmosphere. Maezumi brings her along to the fish market, and as the months go by she wins everyone's hearts and starts to experiment with her own ramen recipes.
